*Bear in mind that some of our fur babies have medical concerns which can be more expensive to provide care for. We make sure to note any health concerns that will require long term care, so please be sure to read descriptions of all animals thoroughly.*
Before you apply for adoption, be aware:
Vaccinations/Veterinary Care: Not only do we ensure that all animals are current on their vaccinations and heartworm/worm/flea prevention as well as spayed/neutered when they leave our care, we require that any existing animals in their adopted home are kept up to date in all of these areas as well.
To help the adoption process move more quickly: Please email veterinary records to adoptions@pawsitivehope.org and type the name of the animal you wish to adopt in the subject line. In addition, call your current veterinarian and let them know that we may contact them for a reference.
